NEW YORK (June 30, 2021) – The National Hockey League’s Board of Governors has approved unanimously the previously contemplated transaction which has Tom Dundon becoming full owner of the Carolina Hurricanes through his acquisition of the minority stake held by Peter Karmanos and other minority owners.
