The USC men’s basketball program embarked on Aug. 5 for a three-city foreign summer tour to Athens and Mykonos, Greece and Dubrovnik, Croatia which runs August 5-15. The trip will include games in Mykonos on Aug. 9 and Aug. 11 and a game in Dubrovnik on Aug. 13. All three games will be broadcast on NBA TV and available on the NBA App, the first time that the NBA has televised a collegiate foreign tour.
USC’s first two games will be against Serbian professional team Mega MIS in Mykonos, Greece on Aug. 9 and Aug. 11 at 9 a.m. PT with both games being broadcast on NBA TV and available on the NBA App.
USC’s third and final game on the tour will be against Montenegro professional team KK SC Derby in Dubrovnik, Croatia on Aug. 13 at 9 a.m. PT. This game will also be televised on NBA TV and available on the NBA App.
The Trojans went 22-11 during the 2022-23 season, including a 14-6 record in Pac-12 play which tied for second in the conference. USC also advanced to the NCAA Tournament for the third consecutive season. It was the Trojans’ fourth consecutive 20-win season, a school record for back-to-back 20-win seasons. The Trojans return leading scorer and All-Pac-12 guard Boogie Ellis and have added the No. 4 ranked recruiting class in the country, which includes the consensus No. 1 overall player, guard Isaiah Collier.
USC’s Summer Tour is a joint venture with Complete Sports Management. Among the touring highlights scheduled for the Trojans include a sight-seeing bus tour of Athens, a visit to the Acropolis and Parthenon, a stop at Nammos Village and a walking tour of Old Town Dubrovnik which includes stops at popular Game of Thrones landmarks and the famous Walls of Dubrovnik and finally a boat trip to Saint Pietro Island.
