Ohio State Buckeyes head coach Ryan Day confirmed to the media on Wednesday that DE has undergone a “procedure.” As always with injuries to players, Day will not go into alot of detail due to privacy laws.

However, he did say that the redshirt freshman would be out “at least a couple of months.”

A four-star prospect ranked 63rd overall in the 2022 class by several media outlets, did not play in any games in 2022 as he dealt with injuries being a true freshman.

He was expected to provide depth at the DE position that includes Caden Curry, Kenyatta Jackson, J.T. Tuimoloau, Jack Sawyer

and Mitchell Melton.
