Arizona D-Backs News: Geraldo Perdomo selected to first All-Star Game; Team will have 4 All-Stars in Seattle

D-backs infielder Geraldo Perdomo was named a National League All-Star, replacing the Cubs’ Dansby Swanson, in the 2023 All-Star Game on Tuesday in Seattle, as announced this afternoon by Major League Baseball on social media. Perdomo becomes the D-backs’ fourth All-Star, joining starting outfielder Corbin Carroll, right-handed pitcher Zac Gallen, and Lourdes Gurriel Jr..

  • First career All-Star selection for the 23-year-old Dominican Republic native in his third season with Arizona.
