Columbus Blue Jackets News: HEAD COACH BRAD LARSEN, ASSISTANT COACH STEVE McCARTHY ENTER NHL’S COVID-19 PROTOCOL

COLUMBUS, OHIO – Columbus Blue Jackets Head Coach Brad Larsen and Assistant Coach Steve McCarthy have been placed in the National Hockey League’s COVID-19 protocol, club General Manager and Alternate Governor Jarmo Kekalainen announced today.  In Larsen’s absence, the club will be led by Associate Coach Pascal Vincent.

The Blue Jackets return to action tonight when they host the New York Islanders at Nationwide Arena.  Game time is 7 p.m. ET.  The game will be broadcast live on Bally Sports Ohio and streamed on the Bally Sports app.  Coverage begins with the Blue Jackets Live pre-game show at 6:30 p.m. ET.  The game can also be heard on the Columbus Blue Jackets Radio Network, including flagship station 97.1 The Fan in Columbus, and online at bluejackets.com.
