The Crew enters Sunday’s contest against Chicago Fire FC unbeaten in the last seven regular-season matches between the two sides, with a record of 3-0-4 while outscoring the Fire 14-6 dating back to the 2018 campaign. Notably, Crew forward Gyasi Zardes has netted seven of the Black & Gold’s 14 goals against the Chicago Fire during their unbeaten run, including both goals in a 2-0 victory over Chicago in the final match at Historic Crew Stadium (June 19, 2021).
