
NEW YORK (June 25, 2021) – The National Hockey League today confirmed the schedule for the 2021 Stanley Cup Final, which will match the Montreal Canadiens against the Tampa Bay Lightning, with Game 1 of the Final scheduled for Monday, June 28, in Tampa.
Based on their higher regular-season point totals, the Lightning will host Games 1 and 2 of the best-of-seven Stanley Cup Final, as well as Games 5 and 7, if necessary.
The Canadiens will host Games 3 and 4, as well as Game 6, if necessary.
In the U.S., NBCSN will televise Games 1 and 2. NBC will broadcast Games 3 and 4, and if necessary, Games 5, 6 and 7.
In Canada, Sportsnet, CBC and TVA Sports will broadcast the entire series.
Media Day in advance of the Stanley Cup Final will take place on Sunday, June 27. A full schedule of virtual media availabilities for Stanley Cup Final Media Day will be announced when available.
