The MLS Disciplinary Committee has found Houston Dynamo FC midfielder Fafa Picault in violation of the League policy regarding throwing/kicking an object toward fans in the 48th+ minute of Houston’s match against the Portland Timbers on June 23 (VIDEO). Picault has been fined an undisclosed amount for his action.
