Just like in round one, the Buckeyes started on the tougher back nine and played it better today, making the turn at 1-over for the day. On the front, the Buckeyes didn’t make as many birdies as in round one, but it was enough to elevate them into fifth place at 7-under par. The Buckeye freshman posted a second consecutive round of 1-under 71 and is tied with Kvarnstrom in 18th place.
