The Blue Jackets have picked up points in their last three games (1-0-2) following a 2-1 shootout loss to Dallas on Sunday… Thursday’s game in Carolina is the first of four-straight games against the club (two road/two home)… The Jackets  will play 10 of their next 12 games against the top three teams in the Central Division (Tampa Bay, Florida, Carolina) from Mar. 18-Apr. 8… CBJ and the Hurricanes are tied for first in the NHL in scoring the first goal of their game (20)… Columbus is 3-2-2 in March games this season.  The Jackets are 10-3-3 in their last 16 games played in the month of March dating back to Mar. 24, 2019… The Blue Jackets are 5-2-1 (11 pts) on Thursdays in 2020-21, recording a point in seven of their last eight games on the day (5-1-1).  The club is scheduled to have five more Thursday contests this season following the game in Carolina.
