The Yankees have made the following roster moves:

• Signed LHP Lucas Luetge to a Major League contract and selected him to the 40-man roster.
• Placed INF/OF Miguel Andújar on the 10-day injured list (retroactive to 3/29) with right wrist carpal tunnel syndrome.
• Placed LHP Zack Britton on the 60-day injured list with a left elbow bone spur.
• Placed INF Luke Voit on the 10-day injured list (retroactive to 3/29) with a left knee medial meniscus injury (surgery performed on 3/29).
• Placed LHP Justin Wilson on the 10-day injured list (retroactive to 3/29) with left shoulder inflammation.
