Portland Timbers Head Coach Phil Neville Fined for Public Criticism

NEW YORK (Thursday, April 24, 2025) – Major League Soccer today announced that Portland Timbers head coach Phil Neville has been fined for his comments made following Portland’s match against Los Angeles Football Club on April 19. The comments are in violation of the league’s public criticism policy.
