Blue Jackets go into Toronto and dominate the Maple Leafs fueled by Adam Fantilli hat track, 5-1; CBJ grab 1st Wild Card spot in Eastern Conference

*Fantilli has a career-high 14 goals.

*In the seven-plus games since he’s taken over as the team’s No. 1 center following Sean Monahan’s injury, Fantilli has six goals and three assists.

*With Cole Sillinger out with an upper-body injury, Fantilli (20 years old) and Luca Del Bel Belluz (21) were the top two CBJ centers against the Maple Leafs.

*Fantilli, born in Nobleton, Ontario, Canada, 48 miles from Toronto, had several family and friends in attendance to see his hat trick.

*Del Bel Belluz helped his boyhood idol growing up, James Van Riemsdyk, who played for Toronto at that time, score a goal with an assist for a 2-0 lead in the 2nd Period.

*Del Bel Belluz is from Vaughan, Ontario, Canada, which is 48 miles from Toronto.

*Luca scored the goal to make it 4-1 in the 3rd Period.
