Kimberlin Ann Brown (born June 29, 1961) is an American actress. She is best known for playing the role of Sheila Carter on the CBS daytime soap operas The Young and the Restless (1990 to 1992, 2005 to 2006) and The Bold and the Beautiful (off and on from 1992 to the present). She received a Daytime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actress for her role as Sheila on The Young and the Restless in 1993 and was nominated in the same category for The Bold and the Beautiful in 2022.
