COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State will play its final true road game of the year on Sunday when it heads to College Park, Md., to take on the Terrapins. The Buckeyes will be looking for the season sweep of Maryland and also its second consecutive win in College Park. Kevin Harlan and Dan Bonner will call the action to a national audience on CBS. Tip-off is set for just after 4 p.m.

• Sunday’s game against Maryland will be just the 19th meeting all-time between the two programs. The series is tied at nine wins a piece.
• Last year, the Buckeyes won 73-65 on Feb. 8 in College Park. That was OSU’s first win in five tries at the XFINITY Center.
• Earlier this year, E.J. Liddell scored 24 points and grabbed 11 rebounds while Justin Ahrens came off the bench and knocked-down four three-pointers in an 82-67 victory over Maryland in Columbus.
• The Buckeyes are coming off one of its most thrilling victories of the season in an 86-83 win at No. 15 Illinois on Thursday night. They trailed but as much as 13 in the opening half, led by as much as 16 in the second half and then held on late for the three-point victory.
• Freshman Malaki Branham has had back-to-back tremendous games, leading the Buckeyes to wins over Indiana and Illinois. He scored 27 points against the Hoosiers and a game-high 31 points in Champaign Thursday. The Columbus, Ohio native is averaging 26.7 points per game over the last three games and is shooting over 68 percent from the floor over the last four games.
• E.J. Liddell had a big game playing in front of fans for the first time in his home state of Illinois on Thursday. He scored 21 points, grabbed seven rebounds and blocked four shots in the win over the Illini.
• Liddell is fourth in the conference in scoring at 19.6 and recently moved into 10th in school history in career blocks with 123. He is averaging 2.6 blocks this season which is tops in the conference.
• Kyle Young gave the Buckeyes a huge lift vs. Illinois, tying his career-high with 18 points on 6-of-7 shooting. He made multiple three-pointers in a game for the first time since Dec. 8 vs. Towson.
• Ohio State is the second-best shooting team in the conference, shooting 48 percent from the floor. The Buckeyes are also third in three-point shooting percentage at 37.7 percent.
• The Buckeyes are seeking a 20-win season for the fifth consecutive year. They would be just one of three Power 5 teams (Oregon & Kansas) to record 20 wins each of the last five years. Head coach Chris Holtmann’s teams have won 20 or more games in each of the last eight years.
