In the Cavs first NBA Cup night of the season, the Toronto Raptors come to town to tip-off play in East Group A. The other three teams in the group are the Atlanta Hawks, Indiana Pacers, and Washington Wizards.

Cleveland and Boston both got off to hot starts on offense in the first quarter on Wednesday night, scoring 42 and 40, respectively. The second quarter was a different story for the visitors, as the Cavs scored just 18 points and kept cool the rest of the night, falling by 20. Donovan Mitchell hit his first five threes, but did not score after intermission as Jaylen Brown scored 30 for the Celtics.
