BLUE JACKETS TEAM NOTES

  • Columbus (1-1-0) finished the season series against Vancouver (1-0-1) following tonight’s shootout win.
  • The teams have split nine of the 11 series since moving to a home-and-home series in 2013-14.
  • The home team has now won the last eight-straight meetings dating back to Nov. 26, 2021.
  • CBJ have won five-straight meetings between the clubs at Nationwide Arena and improved to 7-3-1 in the past 11 games overall.
  • CBJ improved to 9-4-2 in the last 15 home games in 2024-25.  The team has recorded points in 17 of the past 22 home contests (13-5-4) as well as in 22 of the last 28 played at home (17-6-5).
  • The Jackets won their eighth three-goal comeback win in franchise history and the second of the season (Nov. 21 vs. TBL: 7-6 OT win).
  • The club has recorded 226 goals (not including SO goals) through 71 games this season, tying for the most through 71 games in a single season (2016-17).
  • Columbus has scored goals in 139-of-the-211 periods played in regulation this season with 61 multi-goal frames after scoring three times in the second and third periods.
  • Tonight’s attendance was a sellout crowd of 18,586.  CBJ have had sellout crowds (over 18,144) at seven of last 10 games played at Nationwide Arena since Jan. 25 (18,127 avg.) and 12 sellouts total.
