WASHINGTON – Loyola Chicago’s Jayden Dawson was tabbed the Atlantic 10 Player of the Week following a two-win week for the Ramblers. Dawson averaged 25.0 points per game on 53.3 percent from the field and 54.5 percent from three-point range.
Dawson added 2.5 rebounds per game, 2.5 assists per game, 1.5 blocks per game, and .5 steals per game.
At Richmond, Dawson dropped 24 points in an OT win over the Spiders. He drained six threes and tallied two boards and two assists.
Against Saint Louis, Dawson went 10-16 from the field with another six three-pointers. He added three rebounds, three assists, a steal, and career-high three blocks.
Dawson had one turnover over the two games, posting a 5.0 assist to turnover ratio.
