COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State had one of its best shooting half of this season in the opening 20 minutes and added on in the second half for a dominant 93-69 victory over Washington on Monday night.
The Buckeyes are now 15-10 on the season and even their record in Big Ten play at 7-7.
Micah Parrish was coming off a career high 30 points on Sunday and continued his pace as he scored a game-high tying 21 points to go along with a game-high tying seven rebounds. Freshman John Mobley Jr. made five three-pointers for the second consecutive game and matched Parrish with 21 points.
Bruce Thornton was 8-of-9 from the free throw line and finished with 17 points, right on his season average, and dished out a game-high five assists.
