INDIANAPOLIS/DAYTON – The Wright State men’s basketball home game against Cleveland State on Thursday, February 27 has been selected to be nationally televised on ESPN2, the Horizon League and ESPN announced on Friday afternoon.
The game moves to a 9 p.m. tipoff with the national television selection.
The selection marks the fourth national television selection this season for the Raiders, joining the season opener at Kentucky, as well as Myrtle Beach Invitational matchups against Bradley and USF, from November.
Wright State has now had three or more regular season ESPN linear games in each of the last three seasons and has had at least one regular season linear contest in 18 of the last 19 seasons dating back to 2006-07, with multiple regular season contests 14 times in that same 19-year stretch.
The Raiders are currently 13-13 overall and 7-8 in Horizon League play, having won two of the last three contests. Wright State is in action with a pair of games in Wisconsin this weekend, beginning Friday night as the Raiders take on Milwaukee at 8 p.m. ET before facing Green Bay on Sunday in a 3 p.m. tipoff.
