Columbus Fury begins 3-game home stand tonight against PVF newcomer, Indy Ignite

COLUMBUS, Ohio— The Columbus Fury (0-2) continues the 2025 regular season on Saturday, January 18th when they return to Nationwide Arena to host league newcomers Indy Ignite (2-0). The match is the start of three-straight at home for the Fury. Tickets can be purchased here. The match will also be broadcast on CBS Sports Network on a taped delay at 10:30 p.m. ET.

The Columbus Fury has a quick turnaround after falling to the Atlanta Vibe 3-2 (23-25, 25-19, 18-25, 25-22, 16-14) in five sets on Thursday evening. Rookie Kaylee Cox and new signee Morgan Lewis led the way for the Fury with 22 points in the loss. Lewis provided 19 kills and three blocks while Cox added 18 kills, two blocks, and two aces.

KNOW YOUR ENEMY

The Ignite enter the match against Columbus after sweeping the Grand Rapids Rise 3-0 [25-18, 28-26, 25-16] on Thursday. Indianapolis hit .406 in the sweep, led by outside hitters Leketor Member-Meneh and Nina Cajic, who finished with 22 points each. Member-Meneh produced 17 kills while Cajic added 16. Defensively, Sydney Hilley led the way with 44 digs in the victory. The team currently leads the Pro Volleyball Federation in kill percentage (43.8%), assists per set (15.29), efficiency (30%), service aces per set (1.14) and kills per set (16.29).

SERIES HISTORY

Columbus faces Indianapolis for the first time in league history. The Ignite begin their first season in the Pro Volleyball Federation in 2025 after the announcement of the franchise came in January of 2024.
