LAST TIME OUT
Down by as many as 13 in the first half, Wright State stormed back in the second half and tallied eight of the final 12 points as the Raiders grabbed a 66-62 Horizon League win over visiting Oakland on Thursday night. Jack Doumbia tallied 10 of his game-best 16 points in the second half, while Keaton Norris finished with 14 points in his return to action. Andrea Holden continued to spark the Raiders, turning in 11 points for the second consecutive contest while grabbing 11 rebounds. Alex Huibregtse notched 11 points of his own.

WELCOME BACK KEATON
Keaton Norris returned to the Raider lineup Thursday against Oakland after missing the previous three games. Norris tallied a career-high 14 points, connecting on four three-pointers, also a new career best.

HOLDEN STEADY
Andrea Holden turned in his second-straight 11-point scoring output to begin his career on Thursday against Oakland, adding 11 rebounds for his first collegiate double-double.

HUIBREGTSE CLOSE TO HISTORY
Alex Huibregtse enters Sunday’s game at RMU with 990 career points in the Green & Gold – just 10 points shy of becoming the 39th member of Wright State’s 1,000 point club.

(ROBERT) MORRIS TO COME
Wright State and RMU have met just 10 times in the Raiders’ 55 seasons of basketball, with Wright State taking seven of the eight meetings as Horizon League foes – including tallying 100-plus points in both wins last season. The first meeting came Jan. 24, 1977 inside the old Physical Education Building on the Wright State campus – an 80-76 Raider victory.

COLONIAL ROAD
– Robert Morris is 10-7 overall and 2-4 in the Horizon League, coming off a Wednesday home loss to Cleveland State. RMU has won three of its last five and is 8-2 overall at home to date.
– Four players average double digits scoring, led by Kam Woods at 14.9 points/game, with Alvaro Folgueiras averaging a double-double with 12.6 points/game at 10.7 rebounds/game.

HARD TO BELIEVE, BUT. . .
Wright State’s 66-62 win over Oakland on Jan. 9 gave the Raiders their first victory in a game that was decided by five points or less since a 78-74 OT win at Milwaukee Jan. 14, 2023. Wright State had lost nine straight games that finished within a five-point margin.

WINNING WITH LESS (POINTS)
The Raiders’ Jan. 9 win over Oakland saw Wright State tally just 66 points, the first time this season the Raiders have won a game when scoring under 70 points. Wright State has three wins while scoring less than 80 points to date.
