More Oregon Ducks Earn Preseason All-America Honors

EUGENE, Ore. – Four members of the Oregon football team received preseason all-America recognition as the accolades continued to roll in for the Ducks ahead of the start of the 2024 season.

Offensive lineman Ajani Cornelius and wide receiver Tez Johnson were honored as first-team preseason all-Americans by The Sporting News, while defensive back Jabbar Muhammad landed on the second team.

Quarterback Dillon Gabriel was selected by The Athletic as a preseason first-team all-American, with Cornelius appearing on the second team. In ESPN’s preseason all-America release, Gabriel and Johnson were both second-team honorees.

» 1,182 receiving yards tied for third-most in UO history, and 10 receiving TDs tied for fourth-most.
» Career-high 12 receptions vs. Cal last season tied for third-most ever in a game by a Duck.

» Tied for second nationally in passes defended while ranking third with 16 pass breakups.

QB Dillon Gabriel
