“College GameDay” will be in Norman, Oklahoma, this upcoming Saturday, September 21, with a Top 15 matchup between the #7 Tennessee Volunteers and the #15 Oklahoma Sooners.
Kickoff next Saturday is set for 7:30 p.m. ET on ABC
Saturday’s game will be only the fifth meeting between the two big-time programs.
Oklahoma won that one in double overtime, 31-24 in the most recent game in 2015.
The Sooners lead the series, 3-1 with 3 wins in a row. First matchup was January 2, 1939.
Saturday’s matchup will feature two 2023 class QB’s who are five-star caliber, the Volunteers’ Nico Iamaleava and the Sooners’ Jackson Arnold.
