COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State head coach Jake Diebler has announced the addition of a pair of talented players for the 2024-25 season, adding transfer guard Ques Glover and Croatian center Ivan Njegovan.
“I’m excited for both Ques and Ivan as I think they are both are great additions to our program,” Diebler said. “Ques is a veteran guard that has played at a high level in the collegiate game. Adding his experience and playmaking strengthens an already talented backcourt. Ivan is a good young big man with high level international experience. His skill and size will add to our depth in the front court.”
Glover has played in 99 games over four collegiate seasons at Florida and Samford where he’s scored over 1,000 career points. He was a two-time All-SoCon performer at Samford while leading the Bulldogs to back-to-back 20-win season. He averaged 17.4 points and 3.5 assists in his 48 games at Samford. As a freshman and sophomore at Florida, Glover saw action in 51 games and helped the Gators make an appearance in the 2021 NCAA Tournament. He transferred to Kansas State last summer but missed the 2023-24 season due to injury.
Njegovan is a 7-1 center from Zadar, Croatia. He has played the last three seasons in the ABA and Croatian Premier Leagues, mostly with teams from his hometown in Zadar. This summer, he competed in the U20 European Championships for the Croatian National Team where he averaged 6.1 points and 6.6 rebounds over seven games. He finished the tournament with a big game against Bulgaria on July 21, scoring 15 points, grabbing 16 rebounds and blocking three shots.
