St. Louis Cardinals News: Cardinals Care announces Rickwood 50/50 Raffle presented by DraftKings at Casino Queen

Early Bird Buyers Eligible to Win St. Louis Stars Negro Leagues Legacy Uniform Autographed by Willie McGee

 

ST. LOUIS, Mo., June 13, 2024 – Cardinals Care, the charitable foundation of the St. Louis Cardinals, announced today a special Cardinals Care 50/50 Raffle presented by DraftKings at Casino Queen, in honor of the Negro Leagues tribute game at the historic Rickwood Field between the Cardinals and San Francisco Giants. The raffle provides fans a chance to try their luck at winning some cash and to contribute to the team’s charity to further its mission to support kids in our community.

Cardinals Care Rickwood 50/50 Raffle tickets will be available starting Friday, June 14 at 9 AM CT at cardinals.com/5050. All fans who purchase tickets by 5 PM CT on Friday, June 21 will automatically qualify for an Early Bird Prize – a St. Louis Stars Negro Leagues Legacy Game Uniform Autographed by Willie McGee. The drawing for the Grand Prize – half of the total jackpot accumulated June 14-June 23 – will take place at the end of the 7th inning of the Sunday, June 23 Cardinals vs Giants game.

Raffle tickets are 200 for $50, 60 for $20, or 10 for $10. Tickets will be available to purchase online for the entirety of the raffle period, and in-person at a 50/50 kiosk or from a Cardinals Care 50/50 roaming seller when gates open until the end of the 7th inning during the Cardinals vs Giants games on June 22 and 23. Fans must be 18 years of age or older and be located in the state of Missouri at the time of purchase. Fans can purchase tickets and find out more at cardinals.com/5050.

Cardinals Care will also have a selection of St. Louis Stars Negro Leagues Legacy Game Uniforms autographed by current players including Nolan Arenado, Paul Goldschmidt and Nolan Gorman up for bid during the online auction that runs June 20 – June 23. Fans can visit cardinals.com/ccauctions to place a bid.

All proceeds from both fundraisers benefit Cardinals Care and its mission to care for kids.
