Nelly Korda’s win at the Mizuho Americas Open further cemented her position at the top of the U.S. Solheim Cup Team standings, now sitting 1,136.50 points ahead of second place. With her tie for 14th in New Jersey, Andrea Lee moved to seventh in the points standings, bumping Angel Yin out of the final automatic qualifying spot. Jennifer Kupcho moved from 12th to ninth after finishing tied for third, while Marina Alex jumped from 17th to 14th with her tie for seventh.
As of today, the two Rolex Rankings qualifiers for the U.S. Team are Alison Lee (No. 18) and Angel Yin (No. 25).
The U.S. Team will comprise the top seven players in the U.S. Solheim Cup points standings, the top two players in the Rolex Women’s World Golf Rankings not already eligible, and three captain’s picks. The team will be finalized on Aug. 25, 2024, following the AIG Women’s Open.

With her victory at the Amundi German Masters, Alexandra Forsterling jumped from fifth to second on the European Solheim Cup Team points standings, bumping Carlota Ciganda out of the second automatic qualifying berth.
As of today, the six Rolex Rankings qualifiers for the European Team are Celine Boutier (No. 3), Maja Stark (No. 16), Leona Maguire (No. 26), Linn Grant (No. 28), Carlota Ciganda (No. 29) and Georgia Hall (No. 32).
The European Team will comprise the top two players in the European Solheim Cup points standings, the top six players in the Rolex Women’s World Golf Rankings not already eligible, and four captain’s picks. The team will be finalized on Aug. 25, 2024, following the AIG Women’s Open.
