Club’s 15th season at their downtown Minneapolis ballpark continues to showcase local partners for food, beverage and retail offerings
MINNEAPOLIS-ST. PAUL, MN – The Minnesota Twins, in conjunction with foodservice and retail partner Delaware North, today announced a variety of new specialty items – many with a connection to the Twin Cities – throughout Target Field for the 2024 season. The club also unveiled a pair of new food and beverage naming rights partners inside the ballpark: Cutwater Cocktail Bar at Minnie & Paul’s and Keeper’s Heart Town Ball Tavern.
The entire Target Field food, beverage and retail collection, along with the new Cutwater Cocktail Bar at Minnie & Paul’s and Keeper’s Heart Town Ball Tavern, plus the previously announced Thrivent Club, new seating area “The Dock” presented by Winnebago Industries, and the three new featured companies at the Creator’s Corner presented by U.S. Bank, will all make their collective debut at the Twins’ 2024 Home Opener this Thursday, April 4 vs. the Cleveland Guardians.
“Our team has put together a great lineup of food and beverage options for the 2024 Twins season, featuring an array of local partners, both returning and new,” said Pete Spike, Delaware North’s general manager at Target Field. “We worked closely with the Twins during the offseason to curate a great retail collection featuring exciting new merchandise inspired by the popular new uniforms that debuted last season, along with three new partners in the Creator’s Corner presented by U.S. Bank.”
The Twins’ popular Family Value Stands, located in Sections 120, 133 and 311, will be returning for the 2024 season and will again feature a menu of iconic ballpark staples all priced under $5. New items for the 2024 season – the Twins’ 15th at the award-winning Target Field – include:
MAIN CONCOURSE
- Parcelle (Minnesota Made) will have two offerings: a C.R.E.A.M. Smoothie featuring collagen peptides, aloe, strawberry, banana, coconut milk, dates and agave syrup; and a BluePrint Smoothie, featuring blueberry, avocado, banana, blue spirulina, vanilla protein, coconut milk and agave. Available at Section 126.
- Union Hmong Kitchen Banh Mi Brat (Minnesota Made) – From James Beard Award-nominated Union Hmong Kitchen, a sausage dish with pickled vegetable and caramelized garlic aioli. Available at Section 127.
- Smashed Baked Potato – Served with choice of toppings, including butter, sour cream, beer cheese, green onions, bacon bits, chopped brisket and chili. Available at Section 117.
- East Coast BBQ Mac N’ Meat (Minnesota Made) – Mac and cheese topped with choice of chicken, rib tips or pulled pork. Available at Section 131.
- Curds & Cakes Deep Fried Oreos (Minnesota Made) – Options available include a variety of toppings. Available at Section 232.
- Red Cow Ultimate Burger (Minnesota Made) – Certified Angus Beef burger, topped with Wisconsin aged cheddar, lettuce, tomato, onion and Red Cow sauce. Available at Section 233.
- Official Fried Chicken Mighty Buffalo Dry Rub Wings (Minnesota Made) – Marinated, breaded and pressure-fried with Official Fried Chicken’s custom Buffalo Dry Rub Seasoning. Available at Section 134.
- Papa Pete’s Mini Donuts (Minnesota Made) – Fried donuts tossed in cinnamon and sugar. Available at Section 136.
- Lord Fletcher’s Walleye Burger (Minnesota Made) – Seared walleye burger served with smoked tartar sauce. Available at Gate 34 (Land of 10,000 Lakes Bar).
- S’mores Boozy Ice Cream – Vodka and toasted marshmallow syrup mixed with delicious chocolate soft serve ice cream, topped with marshmallows and graham crackers. Available at Gate 34.
RESTAURANTS AND BARS
- Two Mixed Up (Minnesota Made) will have several offerings available throughout the ballpark, including:
- Burger Fries – Battered fries topped with Philly Cheesesteak, American cheese, caramelized onions, jalapeños, spicy ketchup and Two Mixed Up house sauce. Available in the Thrivent Club (Carew Atrium).
- S’more Cookies – Chocolate chip cookies stuffed with Hershey’s chocolate and marshmallows. Available in Truly On Deck.
- Just A Burger – Featuring a double smash burger topped with lettuce, tomato, onion, American cheese and Two Mixed Up sauce, served on a brioche bun. Available at Keeper’s Heart Town Ball Tavern.
- Hrbek’s (Section 114) will offer Bussin Birria Tacos (Minnesota Made) – Richly seasoned braised beef and gooey cheese, in a griddled corn tortilla. Served with a consommé dipping sauce.

- Keeper’s Heart Town Ball Tavern (Section 229) will offer O’Shaughnessy Distilling Co. cocktails (Minnesota Made):
- Vanilla Creamed Whiskey – Designed to bring you back in time to an old-fashioned Soda Fountain Shop, features Keeper’s Heart Rye with Monin Vanilla Crème Syrup and soda.
- Cherry Smashed Whiskey – It’s no secret that bourbon and cherries make a great pair. Keeper’s Heart bourbon with Monin HomeCrafted Cherry Smash, soda and a lime squeeze.
- Irish Mojito – You’ll be doing an Irish Jig with this twist on a classic mojito featuring Keeper’s Heart Rye with Monin Mojito Mix, Monin Lime Syrup and fresh mint leaves. Served with a lime garnish and topped with soda.
- Truly On Deck Market (Right Field) will offer Q’BO Latín Food Chicken Tinga Arepas (Minnesota Made) – A crispy arepa stuffed with chicken tinga, cheese, sour cream, pico de gallo and pickled red onions.
- Truly On Deck will offer STEPCHLD Sweet Potato Fritters (Minnesota Made) – Freshly made and topped with maple syrup, cayenne pepper and whipped goat cheese.
- Legends Landing (located in Sections S, T, U and V) is an all-inclusive game ticket starting at $42 and featuring all-you can eat hot dogs, burgers, chicken tenders, chips, peanuts, assorted Pepsi products, bottled water and frozen desserts.
RETAIL
- New merchandise for the 2024 season: Nike Vapor Premier Elite, Premier Limited and Premier Game jerseys for Minnesota’s home, road, alternate home and alternate home/road uniforms are now available at Target Field merchandise locations, including the Twins New Era Team Store. A new, limited-edition Twins sneaker from Mache is available, along with a wide selection of looks inspired by the club’s primary logo, secondary marks, word scripts, sleeve patches and modernized color scheme. The Twins New Era Team Store, located next to Gate 29, is open Monday – Saturday from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. and during all home games.
- Creator’s Corner presented by U.S. Bank: Back for its second year, Creator’s Corner features Barefoot Potter, Fox Lake Furniture and United Goods for the 2024 Twins season. Launched in 2023 with great success, the program elevates small businesses and entrepreneurs from diverse and underserved communities by providing each with dedicated retail space inside Target Field’s Gate 34 area. Retail support, including staffing, will be provided by Delaware North, allowing the companies to maintain operations both at Target Field and their own brick-and-mortar locations. In addition, the Twins will collaborate with the companies to feature, promote and sell their products, while making a financial investment in each.
SPACES
- Cutwater Cocktail Bar at Minnie & Paul’s: Located underneath Target Field’s iconic celebration sign in centerfield and open to all fans with a game ticket, Cutwater Cocktail Bar at Minnie & Paul’s is a dynamic space that features Cutwater premium cocktails, perfectly mixed, plus food from Minnesota’s own Pizza Lucé and Red Cow.
- Keeper’s Heart Town Ball Tavern: Considered one of the coziest venues at Target Field and open to all fans with a game ticket, Keeper’s Heart Town Ball Tavern celebrates the great teams, players and ballparks in Minnesota’s rich town ball history. Fans can enjoy signature pub food and O’Shaughnessy Distilling Co. specialty cocktails.
- “The Dock” presented by Winnebago Industries: In true Minnesota fashion – and in a setting unique across Major League Baseball – fans at Target Field will now be able to combine the luxury of Winnebago Industries’ boat brands, Chris-Craft and Barletta Boats, with the excitement of Twins baseball. Located in section 137 beyond the rightfield wall, “The Dock” presented by Winnebago Industries features seating for up to 12 people in a specially crafted section inspired by the open bow of a boat and comfortable “Captain’s Chairs.” Groups taking in a game from “The Dock” will also have access to lakeside-theme food and beverage.
- Thrivent Club: The Thrivent Club encompasses 3,000 seats that stretch from first to third base along the infield, includes dynamic indoor social gathering spaces and a wide variety of dining options, and serves as top destination for Twins fans all season long. Beyond baseball, the Thrivent Club – with its spacious lounge areas, experienced culinary team, and beloved displays celebrating the legends of Twins baseball – is a popular year-round destination for events ranging from tradeshows and galas to conferences and holiday parties.
