Cornell Big Red Men’s Basketball News: Chris Manon Named To Ivy League All-Tournament Team

ITHACA, N.Y. — Senior Chris Manon has been named to the 2024 Ivy League Men’s Basketball All-Tournament team it was announced today after a vote of participating media. It is the second consecutive year Manon has been chosen to the all-tournament team and is the fourth Big Red member to garner the accolade.

Manon scored 10 points, had four rebounds, two assists, a blocked shot and a steal in the Big Red’ 69-57 semifinal defeat at the hands of eventual tournament winner Yale. His driving basket with under six minutes to play cut a 19-point second half deficit to six, highlighting a late run.

Manon is averaging 12.5 points, 4.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 2.2 steals while shooting 56 percent from the floor this season for the 22-7 Big Red. Manon was a unanimous first-team All-Ivy pick.
