•    Ohio State has now won seven consecutive games against Penn State.
•    Head coach Ryan Day is 35-2 vs. B1G competition. He is 8-5 all-time against Top 10 opponents.
•    Marvin Harrison Jr. finished with a career-high 11 receptions for 162 yards and a touchdown. He now has 12 100-yard games, with three consecutive 100-yard games for the first time in his career.
•    Harrison Jr. is currently tied for sixth in Ohio State history with 24 career touchdown receptions, matching the total set by Brian Robiskie (2005-08).
•    Harrison Jr. had his second consecutive game against Penn State with 10 or more catches. Last year, he had 10 catches and all 10 went for first downs. Today, his first eight catches all went for first downs. That gives him 21 receptions with 19 first downs in the last two games against Penn State.
•    Harrison Jr. is now the first Ohio State player to have five 160-yard receiving games. He has now caught at least one pass in 21 consecutive games.
•    Tight end Cade Stover had 70 receiving yards on four catches. He needs 91 receiving yards to become the third Buckeye tight ends to top 1,000 receiving yards.

•    Defensive end JT Tuimoloau had just one tackle in the game, but it was for a sack in the fourth quarter. He also had a QB hurry and a pass breakup on fourth down. He now has 9.5 career sacks.
•    Safety Sonny Styles notched the first sack of his career. He finished the day with four total tackles.
•    Cornerback Jordan Hancock was in the starting defensive lineup for the first time in his career as a Buckeye. He had five total tackles, tying his career high set against Western Kentucky early in the season.
