NEW YORK (Friday, September 29, 2023) The MLS Disciplinary Committee has fined Philadelphia Union defender Olivier Mbaizo an undisclosed amount for violating the league’s policy regarding hands to the face, head, and/or neck of an opponent in the 63rd minute of Philadelphia’s match against FC Dallas on September 27 ( VIDEO).
