Notable updates for the week of Aug. 7:
- The two players currently qualified via the Rolex Women’s World Golf Rankings are Rose Zhang (No. 32) and Angel Yin (No. 34); Ally Ewing (No. 39) and Cheyenne Knight (No. 41) are right behind
- No additional players locked in following the FREED GROUP Women’s Scottish Open
- Andrea Lee and Ally Ewing tied for ninth at the FREED GROUP Women’s Scottish Open; Lee moved into eighth in the U.S. point standings, just 23 points out of the seventh and final automatic qualifying spot
- Points are doubled at this week’s AIG Women’s Open, with 120 points awarded for a win

- With her win at the FREED GROUP Women’s Scottish Open, Celine Boutier moved from third to second in the European Solheim Cup points standings; she became the first player since Ariya Jutanugarn in 2016 to win a major championship and the following tournament
- With her tie for fourth at the FREED GROUP Women’s Scottish Open, Maja Stark moved from second to first in the European Solheim Cup points standings
- Linn Grant is now third in the European Solheim Cup points standings; it is the first time this year that Grant has not been in the top two
