Huntsville, Ala. (June 23, 2023) – Huntsville City Football Club will hit the road this weekend to take on Columbus Crew 2 at 4 p.m. CT on Sunday, June 25. The match marks the second meeting between the two clubs. Huntsville fell in the first matchup 1-0 on May 5 at Historic Crew Stadium. Earlier today, Huntsville City FC Head Coach Jack Collison previewed the match against Columbus Crew 2, as he discussed the challenges Columbus presents, reaching the halfway point of the season, and the momentum the team is carrying amid a three-game winning streak.

Huntsville City FC (4W-6L-3D, 3SOW, 18 pts.), currently in ninth place in the Eastern Conference, picked up its third consecutive win against Inter Miami II. Just before halftime, Shaun Joash put Huntsville in front off a deflected ball from a corner kick. Jony Bolaños doubled the lead in the second half just seconds after coming on as a substitute.

On Sunday, fans and friends will be able to gather at the official watch party taking place at Fractal Brewing Company. Alternatively, fans can enjoy the action on the MLS Season Pass on the Apple TV App.
