- The Blue Jackets picked up a point for the second-straight home game (1-0-1) following the 4-3 overtime loss to the Capitals. CBJ moved to 2-2-2 in their past six games.
- The club has played past regulation in three of its last five games (1-2-2).
- Columbus has now earned points in nine of the last 15 games of the series vs. Washington since Feb. 26, 2018 (7-6-2), but Washington has won four-straight (CBJ; 0-3-1).
