BLUE JACKETS TEAM NOTES
- Columbus fell to 4-5-0 in the last nine contests at Nationwide Arena dating back to Dec. 9 following tonight’s loss.
- The Blue Jackets have collected points in six of the last eight games at Nationwide Arena in the series vs. Anaheim (4-2-2) but the Ducks have won the past four in Ohio (CBJ; 0-2-2).
- Columbus killed off all three Ducks’ power play attempts tonight and has now killed off all 29 Ducks’ power play chances in the last 12 contests dating back to Feb. 11, 2016.
- The club’s blueliners posted 1-1-2 tonight and have now recorded 5-6-11 in the last six contests and 21-47-68 in 45 games this season.
- With D Nick Blankenburg’s goal tonight, the club’s rookies have now posted 11-8-19 over the last 14 outings and 24-26-50 in 45 games.
- CBJ have recorded 29 multi-goal periods this season, including scoring three goals in the first period tonight.
- Columbus is now 3-1-1 against the Pacific Division in 2022-23. The club plays its next five games against the division through January 28.

« The Blue Jackets were led by C Jack Roslovic in shots (6), D Tim Berni in hits (5), D Erik Gudbranson and C Cole Sillinger in blocked shots (2) and D Vladislav Gavrikov in TOI (21:09).
« C Jack Roslovic scored a goal to extend his points streak to four-straight games (1-4-5) and give him 3-16-19 in his last 24 outings since Dec. 1 (overall, 4-21-25 in 42 GP). He improved to 5-3-8 in 10 career games against the Ducks.
« D Adam Boqvist recorded his sixth assist of the season and now has assists in six of his past nine contests dating back to Dec. 31 (0-6-6).
« LW Patrik Laine notched his 100th career point as a Blue Jacket with an assist, giving him 3-4-7 in over the last six contests (12-11-23 in 30 GP). He now has 2-5-7 in 11 career games vs. the Ducks, including 1-4-5 in his last six appearances.
« LW Johnny Gaudreau tallied his team-leading 30th assist of the season and now has 1-3-4 in his last five games and 5-19-24 in his past 26 outings (12-30-42 in 45 GP). He improved to 5-23-28 in 30 career games against Anaheim, including assists in each of his last six contests vs. the club (1-9-10) and nine of his last 10 (1-12-13).
« RW Mathieu Olivier scored the Blue Jackets first goal of the game, giving him 1-1-2 in his last five games (overall, 3-4-7 in 40 GP).
« D Nick Blankenburg scored a goal to give him 1-1-2 in his last four games (overall, 3-2-5 in 12 GP).
« LW Eric Robinson tallied his eighth assist of the campaign and now has 4-8-11 in 38 appearances.
