BLACK & GOLD QUOTES

ON BUILDING OFF MATCH AGAINST SPORTING KANSAS CITY
“It’s good for the confidence of the team. We needed it. And of
course, we’re coming here for the three points; we had some
chances but at the end I think this is a good result for us, we
can build from this. The next game at home, we need to win
against D.C. United. But this is a good start and it gives the
team confidence, and I think it was a really good game from
our side.”

  • ELOY ROOM
ON THE CREW’S HUNGER AGAINST SPORTING KANSAS CITY
“The whole group had a hunger. That was really important to
see and for me to know that that’s there. And for the supporters, for them to see that the club is fighting – we are in every
game, and we are fighting. And this group is together, we are
united, and you’re going to see that every single game.”
