Start Times for Additional Games on May 24 Will Be Announced When Available
NEW YORK (May 17, 2021) – The National Hockey League today announced the following updates to the 2021 Stanley Cup Playoffs First Round schedule:
Sunday, May 23
- The start time of Game 4 of the First Round Series between the Carolina Hurricanes and Nashville Predators has been set for 2:30 p.m. ET on Sunday, May 23, in Nashville. The game will be televised on NBCSN in the U.S. In Canada, the game will be on Sportsnet and TVA Sports.
- The start time of Game 4 of the First Round Series between the Colorado Avalanche and St. Louis Blues has been set for 5 p.m. ET on Sunday, May 23, in St. Louis. The game will be televised on NBCSN in the U.S. In Canada, the game will be on SN360 and TVA Sports.
- The start time of Game 5 of the First Round Series between the Boston Bruins and Washington Capitals has been set for 7 p.m. ET, on Sunday, May 23, in Washington. The game will be televised on USA in the U.S. In Canada, the game will be on SN1 and TVA Sports.
- The start time of Game 3 of the First Round Series between the Edmonton Oilers and Winnipeg Jets has been set for 7:30 p.m. ET on Sunday, May 23, in Winnipeg. The game will be televised on Sportsnet, CBC and TVA Sports in Canada. In the U.S. the game will be on NBCSN.
Monday, May 24
- The start time of Game 3 of the First Round Series between the Toronto Maple Leafs and Montreal Canadiens has been set for 7 p.m. ET on Monday, May 24, in Montreal. The game will be televised on Sportsnet, CBC and TVA Sports in Canada. National broadcast information for the U.S. will be announced when available.
- The start time of Game 4 of the First Round Series between the Edmonton Oilers and Winnipeg Jets has been set for 9:45 p.m. ET on Monday, May 24, in Winnipeg. The game will be televised on Sportsnet, CBC and TVA Sports in Canada. National broadcast information for the U.S. will be announced when available.
- The starting times and national broadcast information for the three additional games scheduled on Monday, May 24 (NY Islanders at Pittsburgh/Game 5; Minnesota at Vegas/Game 5; Tampa Bay at Florida/Game 5) will be announced at a later date, if necessary.
