NEW YORK (April 12, 2021) – NHL clubs made 17 trades involving 26 players today prior to the 3 p.m., ET, trade deadline. Following is a list of the transactions:

Anaheim traded D Ben Hutton to Toronto for Toronto’s 5th-round pick in the 2022 NHL Draft.

Anaheim traded D Jani Hakanpaa and its 6th-round pick in the 2022 NHL Draft to Carolina for D Haydn Fleury.

Calgary traded C Sam Bennett and its 6th-round pick in the 2022 NHL Draft to Florida for LW Emil Heineman and Florida’s 2nd-round pick in 2022.

Chicago traded C Matthew Highmore to Vancouver for C Adam Gaudette.

Chicago traded C Carl Soderberg to Colorado for C Josh Dickinson and RW Ryder Rolston.

Chicago traded C Mattias Janmark to San Jose for D Nick DeSimone; San Jose traded Janmark to Vegas for Buffalo’s 5th-round pick in the 2022 NHL Draft (previously acquired); and Chicago traded DeSimone and Chicago’s 5th-round pick in 2022 to Vegas for Vegas’ 2nd-round pick in 2021 and 3rd-round pick in 2022.

Chicago traded D Madison Bowey and its 5th-round pick in the 2021 NHL Draft to Vancouver for Vancouver’s 4th-round pick in 2021.

Detroit traded RW Anthony Mantha to Washington for LW Jakub Vrana, RW Richard Panik, Washington’s 1st-round pick in the 2021 NHL Draft and 2nd-round pick in 2022.

New Jersey traded D Dmitry Kulikov to Edmonton for a conditional pick in the 2022 NHL Draft.

Ottawa traded D Erik Gudbranson to Nashville for D Brandon Fortunato and Nashville’s 7th-round pick in the 2023 NHL Draft.

Philadelphia traded D Erik Gustafsson to Montreal for St. Louis’ 7th-round pick in the 2022 NHL Draft (previously acquired).

Philadelphia traded LW Michael Raffl to Washington for Vegas’ 5th-round pick in the 2021 NHL Draft (previously acquired).

San Jose traded D Fredrik Claesson to Tampa Bay for G Magnus Chrona.

San Jose traded C Antti Suomela to Toronto for LW Alexander Barabanov.

Vancouver traded D Jordie Benn to Winnipeg for Winnipeg’s 6th-round pick in the 2021 NHL Draft.
