STARTS IN DAYTON
• When the NCAA tournament resumes
as a nation-wide sports event, “March
Madness” will begin again in Dayton.
The NCAA announced in October that
UD Arena serves as the host site at least
through the 2026 NCAA First Four.
• UD Arena is the all-time leader with 125
NCAA Tournament games hosted.
• That is 43 more than the original home
of the NCAA Tournament, Kansas City’s
Municipal Auditorium.
• The Arena has been an NCAA site since
2001, and the host of the First Four since
2011.
