Washington Huskies play at Safeco Field for 6th year in a row

The University of Washington Huskies baseball team will play once again at Safeco Field, home of the Seattle Mariners, when they take on the UCLA Bruins at 6pm on Friday, May 11.

The last five springs, the Huskies have played Pac-12 Conference games at Safeco Field – vs. OSU (2007, 2009, 2011), Arizona (2008), Arizona State (2009), Stanford (2010).

This will be the Dawgs’ seventh game at Safeco, as they played two games there in 2009, and will mark the first time the Huskies have taken on the Bruins at the big-league field.
