The course at Bay Hill  is very familiar to Tiger Woods. After all, he’s won on the course a record six times.

In Saturday’s round of golf, Woods went from in two holes, leading by four shots to being tied briefly with Graeme McDowell at the Arnold Palmer Invitational in Orlando, Florida.

But Woods has satisfaction of seeing his name atop the leader board, leaving him just a final round of golf that’ll give him a win on the PGA Tour for the first time in 30 months.

Woods, who is 36, is at 11-under 205, had his last win on Tour, September 13, 2009. That date was also the last time he had an outright lead at a Tour event after 54 holes.

Everybody knows that the baseball Griffeys, Ken Sr. and Ken Jr. were great players.

Well, fans of that family probably was wondering if there was another on the way to pro baseball.

No, but there is one who could be headed to the NFL but first, he’ll play at the University of Arizona.

Trey Griffey, grandson of Ken Sr. and son of Ken Jr. has made an oral commitment to play football for the Wildcats.

Being selecting to play in Tucson, Trey was recruited by Arizona State, Iowa State, Michigan State and Washington State.

Last season for Dr. Phillips High School in Orlando, Florida, Trey caught 74 passes for 970 yards and as a wide receiver.

Just like his dad, he is tall at 6’2 and weighs 190 pounds.

Central Florida replaces UC on 2012 OSU football schedule due to Big East shuffling

Central Florida will visit in 2012 (file photo)

The 2012 matchup on the football field between Cincinnati and Ohio State will have to wait for two more years.

Due to scheduling conflicts in the Big East due to realignment, the Buckeyes and Bearcats have agreed to move their game from September 8, 2012 to 2018 in Columbus.

The Central Florida Knights from Orlando, Florida, will replace the Bearcats on OSU’s 2012 schedule.

The 2014 game in Columbus between UC and OSU stays intact.

Central Florida became available as an opponent for the September 8 game because Pittsburgh, their original opponent wanted out of its contract with UCF to increase its Big East scheduling flexibility.

The Knights are coached by George O’Leary and are 4-4 this season in Conference USA.
