Champ Bailey has decided to call it a career.

The 15-year cornerback, who played in a position-record 12 Pro Bowls, has announced his retirement.

The University of Georgia product ends his career after stints with Washington, Denver and New Orleans with 925 tackles, 3 QB sacks, 52 interceptions, 9 forced fumbles and 4 touchdowns.

The 36-year-old Georgia native went to training camp with the Saints this season but was released due to a lingering foot injury.

His agent, Jack Reale said that his client had offers from other teams to play but decided it was time to retire.

The National Football League usually has its annual draft in New York City.

But the league is currently inviting cities to put up bids to see who is interested in hosting the event.

This week, the NFL invited Chicago, Los Angeles and New York to make their presentations to host, but no one emerged as the front-runner.

It has been reported that more than a dozen cities have shown interest in being a host in 2015. They include: Boston, Canton, Cleveland, Green Bay, Houston, Nashville, New Orleans, Philadelphia and Pittsburgh.

The NFL says it’ll chose a site sometime this summer.

Jason Dufner made a 25-foot birdie putt on the file hole Sunday for a one-shot win at the Byron Nelson Championship. This is the second win in four weeks for 35-year-old from Cleveland, Ohio.

Dufner’s first PGA Tour win at New Orleans was on April 29, then he took a week off to get married.

The winning putt closed out a 3-under-par 67 for an 11-under-par 269 total, one ahead of Dicky Pride in the Irving, Texas tournament.

Pride, whose only PGA Tour win in a 20-year pro career came in 1994, was at 10 under with a par-saving 22-foot putt at #18 after hitting his drive into the water.
