It took golfer Adam Scott awhile to make up his mind that he would play in the AT&T National tournament. But he is showing that the decision to do so has been to his benefit.

Scott, an Australian, made a couple of long birdie putts and hit a 5-iron to 2-feet for birdie on the 14th hole en route to a 4-under-par 66 Thursday to share the lead with Hunter Haas.

Dean Wilson, Jhonattan Vegas, Kyle Stanley and Lancaster native Joe Ogilvie were all tied at 67.

Only 28 of the 120 players in the tournament managed to break par at Aronomink, just outside the Philadelphia area.
