Andrews will be more versatile in new job with Fox Sports

Erin Andrews’ move from ESPN will allow her to be more versatile.

She will be hosting Fox-TV’s new college football pregame show.

Fox will debut its first regular-season college football package this fall. The 30-minute pregame show will premiere on September 1.

Andrews will also contribute to the network’s NFL and Major League Baseball coverage.

The 34-year-old native of Lewiston, Maine has been active as a sportscaster/journalist since 2000.

Surprisingly, Andrews leaves ESPN for Fox Sports

A fan favorite has left ESPN.

34-year-old Maine native, Erin Andrews, who covered numerous sports for the network since 2004. She was the sideline reporter for college football and basketball.

The University of Florida graduate will be working for Fox Sports this fall, as a Hostess/Reporter for their new college football coverage for 2012.

Andrews will host a 30 minute College Football pregame show on Fox and she will be a sideline reporter/contributor for MLB and NFL telecasts. She will make her debut at the MLB All-Star Game on July 10, 2012 as a sideline reporter covering the American League All-Stars in that game.
