Bills agree to 1-year lease extension with county
The Buffalo Bills and Erie County, New York agreed in principle to a one-year lease extension that allows the NFL team to continue playing at Ralph Wilson Stadium in 2013.
The announcement was made by County executive Mark Pononcarz.
Located in the Buffalo suburb of Orchard Park, New York, Ralph Wilson Stadium seats 73,079.
The facility was opened in 1973 at a cost of $22 million. The Bills have been the primary tenants since its opening.
The stadium is named after Pro Football Hall of Famer, founder and owner Ralph Wilson.
