Columbus City League South Division Week 4 High School Football results

Week 4 Columbus City League Football South Division.

Marion-Franklin dominated Africentric from the start, 43-12. Ja’Lin Goodman returned the opening kickoff 85 yards for a touchdown that led to a 30-point first quarter.

Independence downed Briggs, 46-6. Kealin Hardin led the rushing attack for the 76ers with 145 yards on 19 carries. Darante Ervin scored 4 touchdowns via the ground in the rout.

Eastmoor Academy ran over a solid South team, 47-6. Savon Edwards, Jr. is always a factor for the Warriors. He rushed 15 times for 115 yards and 3 touchdowns in the win.

Walnut Ridge is just unstoppable! They scored a 75-0 win at West. The Scots scored 29 in the 1st quarter and 26 in the 2nd quarter in cruising to a 55-0 halftime lead.

 

Columbus City League North Division Week 4 High School Football results

Week 4 Columbus City League Football North Division.

Mifflin upset Beechcroft, 12-6

Northland shutout Centennial 35-0 on 1ST & GOAL. The recap by Josh Cassinger on the way. Northland’s depth of 50 players and experience too much for the Stars.

East continues to improve and are 2-2 after a 28-14 win over Whetstone. Deo Samuel-Pierre rushed 12 times for 201 yards and 4 touchdowns for the Tigers.

LInden-McKinley traveled to Fayette county to take on a tough Washington Court House team and lost 54-6.
