Crew’s new striker Cucho Hernandez having an impact immediately!

HERNANDEZ: LONE CREW PLAYER TO SCORE IN FIRST TWO
MLS REGULAR-SEASON MATCHES
With the first of his two goals against D.C. United on Wednesday, Juan “Cucho” Hernandez became the first Crew player to score in each of his first two MLS regular-season matches.
Hernandez’s first strike came in the 62nd minute of the contest, when he received the ball on the edge of the box before curling it into the right upper corner. The Colombian forward
struck again in the 81st minute, this time heading in a cross
from Lucas Zelarayan. Since joining the Black & Gold on June
21, Hernandez has made two appearances, scoring three
goals in just 73 minutes of action.

WEEK
Juan “Cucho” Hernandez’s performance against D.C. United
on Wednesday night earned the forward a spot in MLSsoccer.
com’s Team of the Week for Week 20. The honor marked the
second time in a row the Colombian player was named to the
Team of the Week, as he had been previously named to the
bench for Week 19 edition of Team of the Week. Hernandez is
one of eight Columbus Crew players to be named to the Team
