NHL News: NHL on TNT Returns to Primetime with Division Leader St. Louis Blues at Pittsburgh Penguins – Wednesday, Jan. 5, at 7:30 p.m. ET

NHL on TNT Face-Off presented by Verizon Pre-Game Coverage Begins at 7 p.m.

NHL on TNT regular season coverage will continue with the return of primetime games as the division-leading St. Louis Blues, fresh off winning the coldest Winter Classic in history, and the Pittsburgh Penguins, led by superstar Sidney Crosby, face off this Wednesday, January 5, at 7:30 p.m. ETBrendan Burke will provide play-by-play, along with commentary from Darren Pang and Tarik El-Bashir rink side.

Coverage will begin at 7 p.m. ET with a 30-minute NHL on TNT Face Off Presented by Verizon pre-game studio show from the state-of-the-art NHL on TNT set in Atlanta. Host Liam McHugh will be joined by three-time Stanley Cup Champion Rick Tocchet, 10-year NHL veteran Anson Carter and hockey personality and former AHL & NHL veteran Paul Bissonnette.

The NHL on TNT studio team will also provide analysis and insights between periods during the Lexus First Intermission Report and the Discover Second Intermission Report.

Live streaming coverage of all NHL on TNT games will continue to be available via the WatchTNTapp on mobile, tablet and connected TV devices and at http://tntdrama.com/watchtnt.
