Big Ten Conference News: Iowa Hawkeyes earn share of West Division title

Hawkeyes Secure Second-Ever Division TitleWith a 28-21 victory over Nebraska on Friday, Iowa earned at least a share of the Big Ten West Division title. The Hawkeyes finish the 2021 regular season with a 10-2 overall record and a 7-2 mark in conference play.

The West Division participant in the Big Ten Football Championship Game presented by Discover is yet to be determined. Iowa can clinch the West Division title outright and secure a berth into the Big Ten Football Championship Game with a Minnesota win over Wisconsin on Saturday at 4:00 p.m. ET (FOX).

The Hawkeyes last claimed a division title in 2015 when they finished the regular season with an unblemished 8-0 record in Big Ten play and went on to play Michigan State in the Big Ten Football Championship Game.
