Minnesota Golden Gophers News: QB Tanner Morgan’s Numbers Stand Out

Redshirt senior quarterback Tanner Morgan is back
for his third full season as the Minnesota starter, and he’s

to ever wear the Maroon and Gold.

Morgan is 18-8 as a starter and has completed 405
passes (seventh most in school history) on 653 attempts
(eighth most in school history) for 6,028 yards (sixth most

percentage of .620 ranks first in school history and his 46
career touchdown passes rank fourth.
Here’s how Morgan compares with the top five passers (by yardage) in program history through three seasons.
